Officer Louis Guerrier: Lending a Hand

Longwood Security Officer Louis Guerrier’s outstanding work and exceptional customer service was personally recognized by a patient at East Boston Neighborhood Health Center. When Officer Guerrier noticed this patient struggling to exit a car, he sprung into action by getting a wheelchair and assisting the patient to the pharmacy and back to the car.

The patient said, “If it wasn’t for Officer Guerrier, I would’ve fallen and hurt myself.”
